Photoshoot Voucher Terms & Conditions for Life is not Average, updated August 2023

• Vouchers can be presented either in exchange for a Photoshoot, as specified on the voucher, or as part payment towards a Photoshoot.

• The type of Photoshoot package may be upgraded by agreement, with an additional cost payable according to the prices advertised on this website at the date of booking.

• Travel to locations within the Scottish Borders, Edinburgh, Midlothian and East Lothian is included in the total cost of the Photoshoot. Travel to other locations will incur an additional cost. Travel to other locations is not guaranteed and must be agreed with the Photographer.

• Photoshoots must be booked in advance by emailing melanie@lifeisnotaverage.co.uk. Dates and locations must be agreed with the Photographer. No particular date, time, or location is guaranteed.

• Vouchers are valid for Photoshoots taking place before the date indicated on the voucher. Booking should take place well in advance of the date indicated.

• Images from the Photoshoot remain the property of Life is not Average and may be used by Life is not Average on social media, marketing, etc.

• The voucher should be presented in-person at the Photoshoot and will be retained by the Photographer.
